Lighthouse Den Oever in April 2005, standing at the south end of the Afsluitdijk. Built in 1885, upto 1930 it stands in the west part of Wieringen at the Amsteldiep as a part of a leading line. After the building of a dyke through the Amsteldiep the leading line lost it's function.
